MAX COCHRAN

EXECUTIVE SENIOR ADVISOR

Mr. Cochran attended Georgia Tech on a Naval ROTC scholarship and received his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering. After serving three years in active duty with the Navy, he worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology on the Navy Polaris Submarine Navigation System project. While at M.I.T., Mr. Cochran also received a Masters in Electrical Engineering.  Notable past positions include Burlington Industries B & D Labs, Executive Vice President and Director of Engineering with Frontier Electronics, President of Cochran Engineering & Associates (engineering & management), President of Texfi Industries’ Highland Yarn Mills, Executive Vice President of Digital Recorders, and Product Manager with Louis P. Batson Co. He holds nine U.S. Patents and is a U.S. Coast Guard licensed Captain. As Senior Advisor, Mr. Cochran is a connector, and facilitates introductions of companies to Watermark. Mr. Cochran holds Series 7 and Series 63 licenses. He has been with Watermark since 2009.
