Watermark serves clients in a broad range of industries including manufacturing and business services, among others. Since July 2002, we have facilitated mergers and acquisitions, in addition to sell-side M&A, acquisition financings, valuations, fairness opinions and private placements of debt and equity capital to over 80 clients.

For many of our clients, acquisitions are becoming more important in their strategy for growth. Very likely, our clients have not completed an acquisition yet or if they have, they have not achieved a positive ROI from more than a majority, and now want to improve their outcome. These companies typically have multiple shareholders and are motivated to grow faster.  For sellers, M&A is often facing the unknown, an intimidating step to take with their most valuable asset.
